Goat Girl bassist Holly Mullineaux releases new track 'OTD' for her solo project H. L. Grail, following on from last years 'Sandman' its the second single from her upcoming debut EP Island. Co-produced by Holly and Euan Hinshelwood (Cate Le Bon), 'OTD' is a woozy track built around a meditative repeating riff, subtly coloured by electronic detailing and percussion, a wistful song about wanting to escape your surroundings and hoping that will help, “‘OTD’ is a shortening of the phrase “on the double”, meaning as fast  as physically possible. It’s about trying to fix a deeply broken relationship and wanting things to change quickly and dramatically. It came from letting my mind wander to somewhere warm and far away, falsely believing that a change of scenery was the answer to our problems.” Island is set for release on the 10th of February via Spinny Nights imprint Underfoot, with a release show on the 9th of March at The Ivy House with support from Goat Girl bandmates' solo projects Mushy P and Edna.
